The 2nd French Zebrafish Meeting

The scientific community in Toulouse is gearing up to host a significant event in the field of zebrafish research. The 2nd French Zebrafish Meeting (FZM 2025), co-organized by ViewPoint Behavior Technology  is set to take place on October 29-31, 2025 at the University of Toulouse. This meeting is a collaborative effort with the RESAMA days, aiming to bring together scientists and researchers whose work involves zebrafish and other fish species.

Event Overview

The 2nd French zebrafish meeting offers a varied scientific programme with sessions on developmental biology and cell biology, disease models, evolution and alternative models, regeneration, technological advances, behaviour, multi-organ responses and exposome etc...

The Scientific Committee is delighted to welcome Karina Yaniv as keynote speaker. Dr Yaniv is head of the Vascular and Lymphatic biology laboratory and her research focuses on understanding the mechanisms that control blood and lymphatic vessel formaton during embryonic development and the role of the vasculature in organ growth and regeneration.

The French Zebrafish Meeting 2025 and RESAMA 2025  will feature joint workshops on Wednesday, October 29th. These workshops are designed to foster networking and collaboration among attendees, encouraging the exchange of ideas and enhancing the visibility of projects at both national and international levels. The event is an excellent opportunity for researchers to present their findings, discuss recent advancements, and explore potential collaborations.
